DESCRIPTION:
Is there a space that is safer than the masjid for rowdy and restless boys on a Friday night!? Starting Friday May 12, 2023, Masjid Vaughan's basement will be transformed into a fun recreational space for boys to hangout, socialize and play under the supervision of older male volunteers.

TERMS & WAIVER

a) I take full responsibility of enrolling my child at MV Youth Hangout and agree to the terms herein.
b) I understand and agree that Masjid Vaughan, its faculty and Risalah Foundation will not be held responsible for any incidents that may occur as a result of falsified information given or information withheld at the time of registration.
c) I understand that Masjid Vaughan does not have the resources or facilities to accommodate special needs students, gifted children and children with learning and physical disabilities.
d) I hereby grant permission for my child to be included in any pictures and/or video connected with the program and promotion of Masjid Vaughan.
e) I understand that Masjid Vaughan, Risalah Foundation and its staff or volunteers, and participants are not responsible for the activities of other participants on social media platforms.
f) I hereby grant permission for my child to use all equipment and to participate in all of the programs activities.
g) I hereby grant permission for my child to use the internet, play video games, board games, sports, and watch movies or videos associated with the program.
h) I understand that there will be a zero tolerance policy regarding confrontation between parents and the staff, volunteers and/or other students. Any serious concerns should be brought to the administration for mediation in an official capacity.
I) I understand that the participants will arrive at Masjid Vaughan by 8:00 pm and leave by 10:00 PM and no later than 11:00 PM.
Release & Covenant Not to Sue.
J) I release and waive Masjid Vaughan and Risalah Foundation, their organizers, teachers, volunteers, agents, or employees from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, action, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by myself. Whether caused by negligence, or otherwise while participating in such activity, or while in, or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.
